Floral-n-Flair is owned by Cheri L. Welsh from Catlin, IL.

Cheri moved home to Catlin after living in several states throughout the Midwest for 18 years. During the course of her moves, she has managed and operated 3 large floral shops that were in conjunction with Hallmark gift stores in Nebraska, Kansas, and Minnesota. She has completed the FTD Master Designer course, and with her 25 years of floral design experience brings a unique approach to the Floral Shop atmosphere. Presentation and attention to details are Cheri’s particular expertise. Over the years Cheri has planned and coordinated hundreds of weddings and special events. She has had the honor of designing arrangements for President Ronald Reagan, and most recently the wedding of PBR World Champion Justin McBride, just to name a few.

Floral-n-Flair is located in Catlin IL. 6 miles southwest of Danville and 25 miles southeast of Champaign, IL. at 108 S. Sandusky St. Our daily delivery routes include Danville and surrounding communities. We are available for weddings and special events throughout East Central Illinois and Western Indiana, along with availability to travel for the extra special occasions.
